Vista Suites Hotel Near Island Drive, Pigeon Forge

By making a reservation or staying at Vista Suites Hotel Near Island Drive, Pigeon Forge (“the Hotel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.
  • We accept major credit cards. Cash payments may be subject to additional requirements.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and reserve a room.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary by rate type and booking source.
  • Failure to cancel within the allowed period or failure to check in (“no-show”) may result in a charge equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
  • Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modification.

4. Identification & Security Deposit

  • Maximum occupancy limits apply to each room type and must be observed at all times.
  • Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may result in extra charges or termination of the stay without refund.

5. Occupancy

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • A refundable security deposit or incidental hold may be required and will be released after checkout, subject to room inspection.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Vista Suites Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
  • A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of the smoking policy.
